1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run StickIt on compatible iOS and Android devices under your direct ownership or control, solely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

• Your Complete Ownership: You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of any images, artwork, photos, and sticker compositions ("User Content") that you create or import into StickIt.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate copyright or authorization for any images you import. You agree not to create, share, or display content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

3. StickIt Pro Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Pro Features: Certain advanced features (including unlimited active widgets, generative AI tools, premium foil, holo, and glitter finishes, and 1-tap interactive widget portal actions) require an active StickIt Pro subscription or Lifetime purchase.
• Billing & Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected price and billing interval unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your device's native Subscriptions settings (iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Subscriptions).
• Promotional & Offer Codes: Official promo and offer codes redeemed via the App Store or Play Store are governed by Apple's and Google's respective promotional terms and redemption periods.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

StickIt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. While we strive for optimal stability, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free rendering on future unreleased OS beta versions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StickIt and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
